Gift Wrapping

We are delighted to offer a gift wrapping service as we know sometimes it’s not practical to buy, wrap and post a gift in time. As you navigate towards the check you will be given the option to add your choice of gift wrap from our selection.

Can this order be sent as a gift with no invoice?

Yes, we send all gifts with a Delivery Note only. Invoices are emailed directly to the person who has purchased the gifts.

Can you delay sending this until a specified date?

If you wish to delay the receipt of your gift(s) please add this detail to the Notes section on the checkout page.

Does my order come with a gift tag?

Yes, when you opt for gift wrap we supply a free, hand-written Zanypig gift tag.

Birthday /Blank Cards

We also offer a selection of birthday cards and blank cards. Please follow the navigation as you head towards the check out and select a card, we will ask you what you would like to write and ensure it is beautifully handwritten.

Toy Safety And Age Guidance

All items on zanypig.co.uk comply with EN71 European Toy Safety regulations and if relevant, carry the CE mark.

If an item contains small parts they are not recommended for children under the age of three years and will be marked as such.

We like to give age guidance, but these are recommendations only and should not replace your own judgement. If a toy is targeted at a 10 year old but you have a bright and capable 8 year old it is most probably suitable. We are here to help and love talking about our products so please call or email us with any queries.

Recycling

We comply fully with WEEE legislation and wherever possible recycle all packaging and waste. We try our best to ensure the packaging we send out to you is fully recyclable and product packaging is usually marked with recycling guidance.

Wherever possible we reuse rather than recycle the packaging our suppliers send to us.

Opening Hours

We are always open, but we may not be readily available to answer any queries immediately if we are busy packing and despatching. Please either email or telephone us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
