Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Notice: Our Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy was updated on 17 February 2026 to reflect our new courier arrangements and zone‑based pricing for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. These terms apply to all orders placed on or after this date.

Delivery Options

We provide flexible delivery options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Free for orders over £50.
    • £3.85 for orders under £50.
    • Orders placed before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day.
    • Delivery is estimated within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
    • This is not a guaranteed service and is unsuitable for deadline‑sensitive orders.
  • Next Day Delivery:
    • £4.85 per order.
    • Orders placed before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day.
    • Delivery is estimated within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
    • This is not a guaranteed service and is unsuitable for deadline‑sensitive orders.
  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: (DPD)
    • We now use DPD for all Guaranteed Next Day services.
      • £7.99 for Zone 1 – UK Mainland
      • £11.50 for all other UK zones
      • Orders placed by 1 pm will arrive by 1 pm on the following working day.
      • This option does not include delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
      • Recommended for orders that must arrive by a specific date or time.

Deadline Orders

If your order must arrive by a particular date or time, please select our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service. Our Standard and Next Day options are based on estimated timeframes and cannot be relied upon for deadline‑sensitive deliveries.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed after 1 pm on any working day will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Bank holidays are treated as non‑working days by couriers and may extend delivery timeframes.
  • Delivery is available only within the United Kingdom.
  • Certain items may be shipped directly from suppliers and may arrive separately, each with its own tracking reference.

Late Delivery Policy

We use Evri for parcel delivery, and their terms define when a delivery is classed as “late”:

  • Standard Delivery: A parcel is only considered late if delivered more than 5 working days after the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Next Day Delivery: A parcel is considered late if delivered more than 3 working days after the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: A parcel is classed as late if not delivered by 1 pm on the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries will only be issued if the courier, Evri, confirms the parcel is lost or damaged.

Customer Rights for Late Delivery

Under UK law, if delivery exceeds 30 days from the date of the order without prior agreement, you are entitled to cancel the order and request a full refund. This policy complements our Delivery Liability and Late Delivery Policy sections to protect your rights.

If this occurs, please get in touch with us, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Delivery Liability

We use trusted third-party couriers, including Evri, to deliver all orders. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timescales rests with them.

Order Tracking with Evri: All parcels dispatched using Evri will include a unique tracking reference number. This tracking number lets you monitor your parcel’s journey directly on the Evri website.

  • Evri tracking reference numbers are typically 16 alphanumeric characters (e.g., H038GA0001116311).
  • If you have received an Evri Calling Card due to a missed delivery, its reference number will consist of 8 digits.

To track your parcel:

  1. Visit Evri’s official tracking page at www.evri.com/track-a-parcel.
  2. Enter your unique tracking reference number provided in your order confirmation email or in your “My Account” section on our website.
  3. View real-time updates about the location and status of your parcel.

Please note:

  • If the courier confirms that your parcel was lost or damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement up to the value of the goods or the delivery charge.
  • External factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, may cause delays. These do not qualify for compensation.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary. We will inform you of any significant delays and work to resolve issues promptly.

Secure Location Deliveries

Where a customer provides a preferred drop‑off location (for example, “leave in porch” or “leave by back gate”), delivery to that location will be deemed successful and complete once confirmed by the courier. Responsibility for the parcel’s security then passes to the customer. ZanyPig cannot accept liability for loss or damage after delivery has been made to the specified location.

If the courier chooses a secure location without customer instruction, delivery will be deemed complete once recorded in the courier’s system.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left in a secure location, please ensure someone is available to receive it.

Packaging Policy

At Zanypig, we recognise the importance of reducing our environmental impact.

  • We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
  • We also reuse third-party packaging to minimise waste.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we are happy to help.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of delivery. To begin the process, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in a new, unopened, and resalable condition.
  • Include original packaging, labels, and intact seals.

Please note:

  • PayPal refunds exclude the original PayPal fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or only partially refund items returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photographs of the issue.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

Damaged items must be returned within 30 days for assessment. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Returning Items

  • Use a recorded delivery service or courier. Proof of postage is strongly recommended.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with the order.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Delivery charges are refundable only for damaged or faulty items.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If you have a complaint, we recommend contacting us first so that we can try to resolve it directly. If necessary, you may pursue a resolution through a recognised UK ADR provider. Details will be provided upon request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
