We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50
Orders under £50 will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.95. Orders placed before 1pm are sent the same day and estimated delivery time will be 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the time of order.
Orders can only be delivered to one address.
Next Day Delivery – Next day delivery is available at £6.99 per order. Orders placed before 1pm are sent the same day.
Please note this is not guaranteed for next day delivery and may take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery –To guarantee your order arrives by 1pm the next day we offer this option for £9.99 per order. Orders must be placed by 1pm the day before. Please note this option does not cover Saturday, weekends or bank holiday delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zanypig Ltd; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Policy on refunds and returns.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
We are pleased to offer a fourteen-day returns period for item(s) purchased, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
The returns period will commence on the date of confirmation from the carrier that the goods have been delivered to the address on the order or the designated delivery location.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will give you the returns address.
Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in a new condition, original packaging, and resalable.
If you wish to make a return of any products, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and unopened, and the product can be resold at full price
- You haven’t used the product
- If sent in a sealed package, the original seal/cellophane must still be intact.
- If you paid by PayPal and wish to return an unwanted item, we must deduct the original PayPal fees from the refund amount. This is because PayPal no longer refunds us these fees if a refund is processed.
- If an item is returned in a different condition to what it was sent (damaged, opened, without cellophane etc.), we have the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund.
- If you received free postage on your order, we will deduct a charge depending on the service used to recoup our postage costs.
- For specific items shipped directly from our suppliers, items returned to them may incur an additional handling fee for taking receipt into their warehouse; for these items, we will notify you of their charges before the item is accepted for return.
Damaged or Faulty goods
If an item is damaged or faulty, please email us with photos and a detailed description of the issue for us to review as soon as you get the item or within three days of carrier confirmation of receipt of the goods.
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will give you the returns address.
All items claimed as damaged must be returned to Zanypig Ltd within 28 days of the delivery date. Please note that we cannot refund the delivery charges when only part of your order is damaged or faulty. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned products within 14 days.
- Please check the item(s) as soon as you receive them. If you notify us of any damages more than fourteen days after receipt, we cannot accept responsibility for the damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer you a proof of delivery.
- Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whomever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn’t reach us and you don’t have proof you sent it back to us, we won’t be able to refund you.
- Please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt, and all goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received back to us at Zanpig Ltd or our suppliers.
- Zanypig Ltd are not responsible for any postage/packing costs arising from unwanted products being returned (unless an error was made in the order or there is a fault).
- If you drop, damage or break the item once you have taken receipt, Zanypig Ltd is not liable for any replacements or refunds.
- We will issue refunds back to your original payment method (where applicable) inside this time frame, and then the processing time is down to each bank. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation. Please get in touch with your bank if you have any queries after receiving confirmation that Zanypig Ltd has issued your refund.
- Postage is only refundable if the item is damaged or defective.
- All products are inspected on return, and items that have been damaged or broken through misuse will not be deemed faulty and may not be refunded in full.
