The Natural Play Makeup Company is a small independent brand created by a mum, Kitty, who was looking for safe play makeup for children for her daughters to play with. All she could find was makeup, which imitated adults’ cosmetics. Containing harsh chemicals, irritants and flashy colours. The Company has now developed a range of play makeup that is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for children to use on their delicate skin.

The Natural Play Makeup Company’s range of cosmetics is made from carefully selected ingredients. The simple formulations and subtle colours allow children to have fun with colour and add a bit of natural sparkle.

Our range of children's cosmetics is not about growing up too fast. It's about having fun with colour and role-play. Through play, children can explore different looks and styles. Gaining a better understanding of their own identity and building their self-esteem and confidence.

We have the gorgeous Junior Pallete for older children, which includes 4 pressed eyeshadows and an applicator, all within a beautiful giftable palette.

For younger children, the Little Star Dust Makeup Set is bound to set any child's heart a flutter. To encourage pretend play, add a drop of water to the pressed eye shadows, and it turns into natural face paint to use with the magical play makeup stencils. Children will love creating magical characters and fairies.

The range also includes Nail Polish, which has a unique peel-off formula. So, no harsh nail polish remover is needed.

All the makeup is designed to wash off easily and won't stain any carpets or furniture!

Are any of your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. The Natural Play Makeup Company does not test products on animals, and none of their suppliers test on animals either.

Our range of cosmetics is completely hypoallergenic and made with carefully selected ingredients, and it’s made right here in the UK! Our play makeup has been specially formulated for children. It blends natural non-toxic minerals and plant-based oils without any nasties or harsh chemicals
